Summary
LTO Tracker does not require an account, does not collect your name or email to use the checker, and does not store the plate numbers, MV File Numbers, driver's license numbers, or results you search. Each query is relayed live to the official LTO-NCR system and the response is shown to you directly, without being logged or retained on our servers beyond the single request-response cycle.
What We Collect
We collect the minimum technical information necessary to operate the site reliably and prevent abuse:
- Anonymous rate-limit counters. A count of recent requests per IP address, used only to prevent excessive automated use of the checker. These counters are not tied to the content of your query and clear automatically on a rolling basis.
- Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data (such as request timestamps and response codes) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are not used to build a profile of individual users or their searches.
- Aggregate, anonymous analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they measure overall traffic patterns (such as page views) and do not include the content of any plate, MV File, or license number you search.
What We Deliberately Do Not Collect
- We do not require or store an account, username, or password.
- We do not ask for or store your email address to use the checker.
- We do not log or retain the specific plate number, MV File Number, driver's license number, or CR query you submit.
- We do not store the result returned by any query after it is displayed to you.
- We never ask for your LTMS login credentials, and would never have a legitimate reason to.
How the Relay Handles Your Query
When you submit a search, our server relays that query to the corresponding official LTO-NCR endpoint in real time, receives the response, parses it into a readable format, and returns it to your browser. This entire process happens within a single request cycle. No intermediate storage, database write, or caching layer sits between your query and the response you see. Third Parties
Your query is relayed directly to LTO-NCR's official public inquiry system, which is necessary for the checker to function and is the entire purpose of this site. We do not share, sell, or transmit your query or its result to any other third party. If this site displays advertising, ad providers may set their own cookies subject to your consent choices, entirely separate from and unrelated to the checker functionality itself.
Cookies
The checker itself does not use cookies to function. If a cookie consent banner appears on this site, it relates only to optional analytics or advertising, which you can decline without affecting your ability to use the plate, license, or CR checker.
Your Choices
