LTO Tracker is a small, independent project. We can help with things related to this website itself: reporting a bug, flagging that a checker is returning unexpected results, suggesting a guide topic, or general feedback on the site's usefulness. We read every message.
What We Cannot Help With
Because LTO Tracker is an independent relay rather than an LTO office, we have no ability to access, expedite, or explain your individual registration case beyond what the checker itself already shows. We cannot look up your record manually, cannot escalate a delay on your behalf, and cannot provide information the official LTO-NCR system has not already made public. For anything account-specific, the correct contact is your registering LTO-NCR office, identified by the office code in your MV File Number, or LTO-NCR's own official channels listed on their portal.

Reporting Fraud or Fixers
